the staten island provider outreach project is a coalition of different organizations on staten island that are working collectively and collaboratively together to form positive change!

MISSION:

Education: to achieve varying member directives while servicing families using our collective resources to foster genuine engagement at a community level through consistency, incentivized education and family entertainment.

Data collection: to accomplish positive outcomes in all si communities by collecting direct response data to gauge and improve service delivery while becoming the si database for community assessment and family needs.

Community Engagement: to assist NYC agencies and officials in community improvement strategies, broaden access to resource services to increase program utilization and rebuild partnership between residents, schools, churches and small business.

VISION:

◦ Reduce ACS recidivism.
◦ Increase co parent engagement.
◦ Increase community accessibility to family services and resources.
◦ Reduction in harmful community practices.
◦ Redefine culture with service strategies that can be adopted city wide.
